History :
Dilip Halder was an agricultural worker.He did not have land of his own. One day while working in the field, he was bitten by a poisonous snake.He was taken to the hospital but could not win the battle of life and died on 05.08.2010.Since then Prosenjit’s mother Mita Halder had been doing odd jobs here and there.Now she works in a cloth factory on temporary basis and earns a paltry Rs.1200 per month to make both ends meet with her two daughters aged 13 and 10 years and a son of the age of 5 years.They live in the village of Sahipur, PO Fatehpur , PS Falta , DS:South 24 Paraganas.The child has been referred to us by Saha-Sabhadhipati, Zilla Parisad, South 24 Parganas Sri Mahendra Mondal.His residence was inspected by the Project in-Charge Shri Subir Kumar Ghosh on 05.01.2013 with Shri Tarun Roychowdhury and Sumit Bhattacharjee.
