Target Group

The main target group are the most underprivileged and deprived children of both the urban slum dwellers and rural village homes in the Southern 24 Parganas area of West Bengal.

• Child whose both parents have deceased.
• Child who has been abandoned (who are found moving aimlessly in the villages, on the streets and in the railway platforms etc.)
• Child who is staying with old/weak grandparents.
• Child from families whose surviving parents are weak and sick.
• Child of extremely poor widowed mothers.
